Do your products need to be refrigerated?
All of our products have a minimum of one year shelf-life and do not need to be refrigerated. However, due to our limited use of chemical stabilizers or fillers you may see consistency changes based on temperature change. If this occurs simply shake or stir your product.

Do you accept product returns?
Due to standards of hygiene and the small-batch nature of our products we do not accept returns. However, we do stand behind our products and we want every customer to have a positive experience using our high-quality products. Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are formulated and packaged in small batches in Scottsdale Arizona.

How do you choose your ingredients?
All of our ingredients are thoroughly researched for their herbal benefit. We go to plants-based ingredients to meet the body care needs we are trying to fill. All of our ingredients are vetted using the Environmental Working Group’s 1 to 10 scale for safety and toxicity. We intentionally select only level 1 ingredients.

Are you EWG Verified?
No, as a small business EWG’s licensing process is cost-prohibitive at this time. We do use their scale rating safety and toxicity to help us select the safest ingredients possible.
