Q: Do your products need to be refrigerated?
A: All of our products have a minimum of one year shelf-life and do not need to be refrigerated. However, due to our limited use of chemical stabilizers or fillers you may see consistency changes based on temperature change. If this occurs simply shake or stir your product.
Q: Do you accept product returns?
A: Due to standards of hygiene and the small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we do stand behind our high-quality products and we want every customer to have a positive experience using them. Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: All of our products are formulated and packaged in small batches in Scottsdale Arizona.
Q: How do you choose your ingredients?
A: All of our ingredients are thoroughly researched for their herbal benefit. We go to plant-based ingredients to meet the body care needs we are trying to fill. All of our ingredients are vetted using the Environmental Working Group’s 1 to 10 scale for safety and toxicity. We intentionally select only level 1 ingredients.
Q: Are you EWG verified?
A: No, as a small business EWG’s licensing process is cost-prohibitive at this time. We do use their scale rating for safety and toxicity to help us select the safest ingredients possible.
Q: Why are you Charging Tax?
A: We are headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, which is in Maricopa County. When selling within the state of Arizona, we are required to charge state, county, & city tax. This is required for all in-person and online orders being shipped within the state of Arizona. All taxes collected are forwarded to the appropriate governmental agencies.
Q: Are your products guaranteed?
A: We stand behind the quality of our products and the ingredients we use. Our goal is to build positive relationships with happy customers. We will replace any products that do not live up to our standards due to production. Because our products are harsh-chemical free, contain limited vegan stabilizers, and limited to no preservatives we can not replace items that are not kept in heat-controlled environments. Our products will melt in these conditions which can lead to changes in consistency. Most often, these products will only require stirring due to separation but prolonged heat exposure can damage your products. Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: First and foremost we do not seek to profit off of our shipping. We currently charge $7.95 Flat Rate for orders under $100.00 and Free over $100. We ship items 2-day USPS Priority Mail (USPS cost is $7.75).
Due to our commitment to use limited fillers and preservatives, our products, while shelf stable, are heat sensitive. This means that if our products are stuck on a hot truck or in a non-climate controlled warehouse for even 24 hours, your product quality can be affected.
